The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce's (ODEW) Purple Star Designation is awarded to military-friendly schools that have demonstrated a major commitment to students and families connected to our nation’s military. Clearcreek, Dennis, and Five Points Elementary, Springboro Intermediate, SJHS, and SHS have all been recognized as a Purple Star School by ODEW, making Springboro Schools a Purple Star District.

Springboro Schools is proud to have received an Overall Rating of 5-Stars, the highest possible, from the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce (ODEW) for “significantly exceeding state standards.” We are thrilled to be rated a Top-10 district overall in the State of Ohio. At Springboro Schools, grades preschool through high school, staff, teachers, and community…we are all Panthers! The work we do on a daily-basis builds towards academic success and a positive culture.
