End of Year Medication Pick-Up

In accordance with Policy 5330 Medication Administration, ALL medications will have to be picked up by parents/guardians from their student’s school. All medications must be picked up in the building clinics by Thursday, May 23. All medications not picked up by Friday, May 24 will be discarded according to policy.

**Only Emergency Medications (Epi-pens, Asthma Inhalers etc.) will be sent home with students on Thursday, May 23 unless the clinic has been contacted to make other arrangements. All medications not picked up will be disposed of accordingly.

If you have questions or concerns, please reach out to your school building or contact your school building's Clinic Nurse.
